Located in Alger County on M-94 approximately 3 miles south of Munising, Michigan in the Hiawatha National Forest.  The Valley Spur trail system is managed and groomed by the Friends of Valley Spur.

All ski trails are groomed for both classic and skate X-C skiing.  Also open for mountain biking and hiking outside of ski season.  Day pass or season membership pass required for skiers.  Other trail use by donation.

The log-cabin lodge is open for warming and socializing during ski season from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  Ski passes available for purchase at lodge during hours.  Pay at fee tube outside of lodge hours.
